Our Services

NomadWorld provides digital tools and services for location-independent professionals, including HourIQ for timezone and availability management. Our services are designed to help you work remotely while living life on your terms.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.

Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@nomadworld.app with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Subscription refunds are prorated based on usage
  • One-time purchases are fully refundable within the refund period

Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day refund window.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NomadWorld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

NomadWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
